hearts
By karoleigh

Clip to ScrapBook
put baggies of the conversation hearts in a center. they take a baggie and make sentences with them. then have a graph worksheet for them to fill out using the hearts or have an estimation station to guess how many hearts are in the jar. I also have a fact/ opinion activity. there are sentences like: pink is the best color for hearts. valentine's day is on february 14. etc. they get construction paper and glue a heart in the middle of the paper. they glue the sentenc strips that are facts inside the heart and glue the opinions outside the heart.

have fun!
