It is so sad that administrators act the way they do. My principal is forever calling me into her office to complain about something or to bring up petty issues that are of no significance and are usually a misunderstanding on her part. You would think that admin. would be a support to teachers but are often a hinderance. When I talk to other teachers, they always say that she praises my work and tells them what an asset I am to the school. But when I go into her office, it is always negative. It is just so sad that principals can not be more supportive.
