Here is my quick view. Most teachers seem to have a problem integrating computers in the classroom. The other Tech stuff, like overheads, laptops, etc seem to be fine, as long as the teacher is the one using it.
I have found that if you treat technology as a tool then there is less resistance.
So I try to keep in mind that my computers are just a very expensive tool, you know, like a pencil.
Simplistic thinking, I know but it has helped me create our grade level webpage for our school and help others with software problems.
