I have a child that rarely has anything positive said about her from school so I can identify. She is always in trouble. A few acts of kindness goes along way. When a teacher says one nice thing to her it is such a breath of fresh air. She begins doing well in the class and has such a great attitude. When she is put down so is her behavior. Let this principal know how he burst his bubble. This could have been a turning point in you son's school behavior. It showed him that people can be cruel and uncaring so why should he care. Sad. Sorry.
