Go to his house late some night, put some hay and lots of dog crap on it right in the middle of his yard and light a match. Tape record meetings. Find other teachers who will also do this. Interview parents, have parents fill out surveys about the principal. Collect data, file a grievance (there is power in numbers) Don't back down.
