getting rid of principal
By dyslexic teacher

Clip to ScrapBook
Keep copies of every message -written-e-mailed, if they are spoken write them down and have him sign it.
Go to his house late some night, put some hay and lots of dog crap on it right in the middle of his yard and light a match.
Tape record meetings.
Find other teachers who will also do this.
Interview parents, have parents fill out surveys about the principal. Collect data, file a grievance (there is power in numbers) Don't back down. State in clear terms exactly what you want from your principal, superintendent, and even your school board. Been there, done that,
it can make a difference.
