Writing IEPs
By Sharon Rossiter

Clip to ScrapBook
There's no such person as just another sub. We call our subs Guest Teachers. They are a valuable asset to our schools.

An IEP Individual Education Plan is written by a team of teachers, service providers, parents and administrators for students who have been determined to be eligible for special education. Eligibility is determined after a comprehensive evaluation that indicates a child has a disability which has an adverse affect on his/her ability to learn and make progress in school. The Speech Pathologist serves students who have been determined to have speech & language disorders. IEPs should not be amended daily, but only by the team. Hope this helps.
