Reciprocity means...

All reciprocity means is that the state you move to will give you at least a 1 or 2 year certificate while you pass any tests or take any classes they require that your original license did not require of you. You still have to apply for the certification, but some districts may be willing to hire you and have you put in for the certification immediately after hiring.

I understand your plight, I have the same problem. I'm currently certified in NC and CT, but in my experience most states won't even look at you unless you hold their licensure, even if the one you have is reciprical.
