yikes By substitute teacher

Goodness! I am a long time sub and I have been on contract. I am truly horrified that this teacher can even sub.

You are correct in that I always assume I have all eyes on me. I have worked long and hard and thoroughly and I am requested 90 percent of my days.

There is not a lot of appreciation but that goes with the territory. I certainly would not whine.

If I were you I would ask that she not come in again. I really hate to say that being a substitute teacher but folks like this make the vast majority of us fine teachers look bad.
