Musical Art
By Sarah

Clip to ScrapBook
Give kids a piece of paper...try to color code your paper colors to the mood of the music you're playing.....the give them a paint brush or markers or crayons. On the first piece of paper have them color or paint or draw to the music, (pick something light and slow.....romantic), then on another piece of paper, have them draw to a song like "Flight of the Bumblebee". On the next play something like the song from Roger Rabbit.....different styles of music. Dance is considered art right? Have them use scarves to dance to the music according to how it makes them feel...slow, up beat..etc... Hope that helps!
