I hear ya!
By Kay

Clip to ScrapBook
I worked in the business sector for over a decade. Then I went back to college for teacher certification. I have taught special ed for almost 5 years now and I am BURNED OUT!
I enjoy working with the kids. Even the IEP paperwork is okay, but the standards and expectations keep getting raised and resources taken away. (And we thought our old jobs were stressful jobs were stressful!!!!)
I feel like I am at a crossroads but I don't know which way to go. I have thought of trying a different teaching position or district. Another option is to just leave all together and do something different. I'm confused at the moment.
