choosing teachers

In my district you can choose your teachers, which I definitely agree with. I teach 1st grade, but my two daughters are in middle school and I like to make sure that my girls get the best teachers. Besides I believe that if your child is in a class with a teacher that they are really uncomfortable with I believe as your child's parent you have every right to have your child removed from that classroom. I did that with one of my daughters because one of her teachers was making very inappropriate sexual comments to the girls in the class and that has no place in school and I don't want my daughter around that.
