Hey, I know exactly what you mean...I'll go on my soapbox for a minute.....
If I would you, I'd say to the parent that took the son out for a hunting trip, that hunting is CRUEL, should be outlawed and that is not teaching the child anything about conserving the environment, caring for others or fauna and it's downright horrid. I think it's disgusting. To the other parents, tell the them that it is their initiative to take the child out, so they should get their child back asap. The child should READ a lot and should keep a DIARY of what they do. That's it.
Otherwise our job is NEVER done.
