letter in file
By Janice

Clip to ScrapBook
If you don't have any formal write-ups and letters in your file for corrective action, then it is possible you may not be terminiated. Your principal may just be piling on the pressure for you to do better. I don't see how they can terminate you without formal write-ups and letters. I took a look at our district's teacher handbook last night after I wrote to you. The dismissal procedures are clearly outlined. You may have the same thing in your policy handbook. Our dismissal procedures include formal meetings and write-ups/letters to the teacher.

I would meet with your principal to talk about your future employment at your school. He/she should speak with you in a direct manner about what is possible for next year.
