Believe in Yourself!

WAIT A MINUTE!!!!! Do you mean to tell me that you are taking the word of ONE man to decide that "Apparently I do not interview well." If you now believe that, then your interview WILL go badly. If you don't believe in yourself, no one else will. If you truly feel that you are a good teacher then put this fool out of your mind. Concentrate on being calm and poised and in answering directly and honestly. Obviously this principal sees something in you that is worth interviewin or hed wouldn't have gone through the effort to do this. Don't assume your interview skills are bad. Have faith!! This may be a formality that the principal must follw and is planning to reccomend you for the job anyway!!
