I am so sorry your son has had to deal with teachers who break the law. At your meeting be sure to bring up the confidentiality law. And the information you have recieved is correct. It is illegal to post any grades with the students name. Good luck to you. I have always told my special ed. students parents that they are the only ones that can fight for their child. Our children rely on us parents to go to battle for them as needed. If we don't, then they have no one. Don't back down from this. Good luck to you. Let your son know this should never happen again to him. Please tell him for me that I'm sorry he had to experience this. It should have never have happened.
