Police
By Debbie

Clip to ScrapBook
I too have had the years when everything and anything would disappear. Well after I lost my laser pointer, books, money, a Waterman pen, etc. last year I was done with "loosing" things. I took action. I talked with my administrator, who was well aware of the problem I was having, and asked her if I could have the resource officer from the middle school or high school come in and explain the offense of stealing. My administrator agreed, and even set up the appointment for me.
The officer came in and had a stern talking with my class on stealing. He described how it was a criminal offense, what would happen to the students if caught, how much an attorney would be, etc. Needless to say, some of the items came back, but nothing else was taken.
