Clip to ScrapBook
Actually, I think that in any other jobs, that would be alright. However, when it's come to children, we get one shot, and we have to be the best we can be. Trust me, the teacher i was talking about - you would not want
near children. I think it's about time we get teachers out of the field who shouldn't be there. As a special needs teacher, I have seen 163 children who have been retained. I can honestly say, I saw one benefit from it. One who was truly emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially better off with a group of younger children. 162 continued to have problems, needed learning
support help, were teased and bullied about it, and had an emotionally unhealthy outlook on their education and their self-esteem. I guess that's why i'm partial to not retaining children.
