Florida here no paddling

Ok I got to say I have only been here for just over a year and a half ...I am sorry but that posting had to be a joke!! ...and hey in Florida, we only do not allow paddling they have a 'no touch' policy which I keep breaking by hugging my kids when they come up and want one (Kindergarden).
I am shocked Florida was mentioned here ...I know that we have a lot to be desired with our ed system but we r way ahead on paddling grrr ...never heard of such a thing its illegal here I can promise u and would set up one hell of a court case should someone paddle ..sheesh these kids ....some get enough abuse at home they dont come to school for it
