do you job share?

I have job shared for two years now. Last year I taught second grade. I taught every morning and my partner taught every afternoon. This year I am teaching fourth grade and my partner teaches every Monday and Tuesday and
I teach every Thursday and Friday. We teach every other Wednesday. I love this schedule and I feel more connected to the class and what is going on. We spilt the curriculum for planning. I plan all the language arts for the week - spelling, reading, writing and she plans the math, social, and science for the week. It works well for us because we work very hard at communicating with

each other and we have very similar teaching styles. So far the kids and parents have been pleased and we hope to continue. If you have more questions - e-mail me.
