I agree with KC. I also think it has something to do with the way Child Protective Services acts when we call about some things. I have called CPS twice on two different occasions. The first time I called I was told rudely by the person taking the report that they had a lot to do and this wasn't that serious of a situation. I told her that by law we are to report anything that we suspect and that was what I was doing. The other time I called the actually came out and interview the child. I suspected his older brother was hurting him. CPS didn't do much but it must have given the mother must have gotten the picture because she and the younger brother later moved out and the older brother moved in with Grandma.
