sub plans
By I had to reply to this!

Clip to ScrapBook
I am a substitute teacher with some recommendations for you. I have also taught on various contracts so I am not a newbie. Why not have a file that contains: your attendance, your evacuation procedures, medical info, your
timetable, seating chart if you have one, and a one page document outlining your day.

I always appreciate when a teacher leaves me thoughtful plans.

Now regarding the music teacher. Subbing in that environment is difficult at the best of times and I often will actually teach...not show the crappy video which means I have watched it that many periods.

I often think that many teachers

do not realize that we subs are just as competent as you folks on contract.I don't mean to be harsh...but those boring meetings are something I would love to have to attend.
