    If you have time to wait on the shipping, using plaster bandages is a much quicker way to build the castle than using wallpaper paste and newspaper. I often use this in casting and when I can't wait for the papier-mache' to dry.

    You can probably buy it at a medical supply house, if you live in or near a large city. This is the same material doctors use to set broken bones. I buy mine from Jerry's Artarama. It's much cheaper than the kind they sell in craft stores, and I don't mind the odd sizes that come this way. Here's the URL address, in case you're interested.

    The five pound box should be plenty for your purposes, and you'll have some left for other projects.
