Character traits

Clip to ScrapBook
How fun! Sounds like a perfect opportunity for role-playing. Since characters become known by what they say and do, playing some kind of charades with popular/well-known characters is a good way to see if they get it. Of course they should be able to speak and better yet if they can use expression. You'll have to organize this in a way that will also be manageable. I don't know the size of the group, but perhaps you could demonstrate and the class can guess who you are. Then you could give them a list of characters to choose from or they may come up with their own, and in groups, figure out how to show their chosen character(s) for the rest of the class to guess. I can't wait to try this myself...have fun, whatever it is you decide!
