    chicken or pork stir fry

    I make a chicken or pork stir fry. I just fix my rice according to box (and amount I want). Then I put in fridge while I combine the rest. I cook a small can of peas/carrots(I usually add a little water and a tsp. of oil and cook until water is almost gone), drain. I saute onions in oil, add rice, peas/carrots and envelope of stir fry (spicy) seasoning. Add soy sauce (the amount listed on envelope). Add chicken strips (already cooked that I have thawed) and stir fry. Then push to the side in skillet and pour in beaten eggs(2) and scramble. Then stir the eggs in rice mixture. Cook until hot through.

    I hope this makes sense. I wasn't going by my recipe, but by memory of the order I make it in.
