tattling

I have a major problem with tattling with two boys in my class. They even tattle when I see what has happened. Worst thing is they go home and tatle on me and the other kids to their moms. My afternoons are spend talking to these two moms almost every day. It is driving me crazy. Both boys have it in for the new kid in my class, so if anything goes wrong they blame it on the new kid. I had a very long talk with the whole class about when it is appropriate to tell on someone and when it is not, but it did no good with these two boys. I teach fifth grade and can tell you these two are in for a rough year next year at middle school if they continue to tattle. I guess they will have to learn the hard way.
