If this is documented then begin by looking in your child's file at the special ed papers and see exactly how much time she should be spending per week with that child. next speak to her one last time using your facts...say
something like I just checked Johnny's IEP and it says he should be recieving speech services 2 x's per week for 20 minutes each session...tell her you know that she is not doing that and it is a violation of his IEP (be brave), when you finish document your conversation and wait to see if she will take Johnny when she is supposed to. If yes then you've solved your problem...if no move
on to either the parents or the principal or both...your speechie is clearly violating the IEP, having a large case load is no excuse, but if true then maybe another speech therapist should be added to the school.
