all for easy
By ~Emmy J

Clip to ScrapBook
I am all for fast, easy and/or both and good! Try these.....
Meal in Foil
feeds 4
Tear 4 pieces of foil (big enough to pull around to top of patty and veggies and close). On each piece of foil layer one of each of
the following.....
1 hamburger patty
1 potato; quartered
carrot, sliced thin
1 TBSP butter
slice of onion
season to taste with salt and pepper
Close the foil at the top. Put all four meals on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs. at 375 degrees.

This is very easy. It takes a little time to cook but very little prep time. You can help with that homework while it cooks.

Clean up is easy as you used foil on one baking dish.

If you can get some of those big aluminum baking dishes(throw aways) you can make things up on the weekend and freeze. Then you can just pull down and cook. Also the crockpot is great!
