    Don’t go working in the gym! That will only build muscle and pack on the extra pounds of muscle.
    To shrink in the waistline and slim down, there is one thing that is sure to work. That sure thing is eating oatmeal regularly until March 22. Take ½ of some cup of oatmeal kernels and pour into saucepan. Then take that same cup and fill it up all the way with fresh milk. Simmer on low heat while stirring frequently. After a good 10 minutes, the consistency will be about just right to eat. Take out a large eating bowl and put in 2 to 3 tablespoons of Imperial Sugar. Pour in the hot oatmeal and stir. Have a very large glass of ice water available when starting to eat the oatmeal. Sip the water, and take a large spoon of Quaker Oats oatmeal. Sip the water and repeat until gone, eating it while still warm.
    Eat the bowl of oatmeal after work around 5:30 p.m. every day. It will absorb all the extra pounds out of your body.
