My blood pressure and heart are just fine. Thank you for your concern! I know what this board is for. Now, to which post are you referring? I have no idea what you are talking about. The only situations that have caused
me to be disrespectful are answers to disrespectful postings..targeted at me. (You know, you demand respect..give respect??) Understand this!! I NEVER have to run to my union!! Our administration is so SCARED of the union that there is RARELY a need to contact (run?) to them! In all honestly, I am shocked about the lack of support that many of you have. I don't believe that my job

could be done effectively without my strong union back up.

When I was "blasted" by "coach" a few days ago, I was shocked! I was accussed of misadvising others in effort to drive them to unemployment!

My strong union background has been in existance for many years. My mother retired from this system. Unfortunately, it is so strong that it can also work in the opposite direction. A lousy teacher is almost impossible to get rid of.
