I job share with another teacher. I teach before lunch - she teaches after lunch. I teach Language arts, technology and art. She teaches math, science and social studies. Here's how the day flows:
8:10 school starts
- students silent read (while they read, I check their day planners, take role, and lunch money)
8:45 journal writing
9:00 grammar lesson / reading / computer lab / spelling packets/ or library (depending on day)
10:15 recess
10:30 I read to them as a group from a chapter book.
11:00 review / trivia / spelling game
11:15 lunch
11:55(other teacher arrives and teaches
math every day - Monday through Thursday alternating science and social the last part of the day)
Friday - planning day (she has a math game, a math quiz and then PE)

It works great for us. We both like a clean uncluttered room and discussed responsibities for keeping the room clean and storage space right from the beginning. We also discussed management styles, peaves, and weekly communicate by phone about any concerns we share regarding students.

Good luck
