My sister has three children, 2 girls and 1 boy. It always seemed that the boy was being left out and I think he really had some difficult times. It didn't help that he was also the middle child! WHEW!! They are grown now
(25, 24, 21)though. My sister wanted to have a fourth, but she was unable due to health problems. So I just stopped at 2 (2 boys). They are now 21 and 16 but are SO close! I guess I saw first hand about an odd number, but also finances played a part. I can't imagine raising more than two with expenses as they are Not to mention having to put more than 2 through college now. Glad I stopped

at 2 BUT I have to say, I have had those urges too. Maybe it is normal, I don't know. Anyway, I will now wait for grandchildren, but NOT too soon!!
Bottom line, you and your husband have the privilege of making this decision. You both need to really discuss all avenues and make sure you are both happy with the decision. Good luck with whatever you decide!
