I'm on the committee for "CSW". We have a fun week planned. Our diocese theme this year is "Celebrate what is right with the world". So for each day we are going to pick one particular thing to celebrate.
Monday we're
celebrating God
Tuesday= Family
Wednesday= Friends
Thursday= Creation
Friday= School
Students will each receive a star that they will write what they want to celebrate and those will be hung from the ceiling in the hallways during the week.
As the students enter the school there will be a display with a poster reminding them what we are celebrating that day. We will

also have a short prayer read over the intercom that talks about that theme.
We're excited because on family day we are having an accomplished Christian singer come to the school to play at mass and then give a concert. That evening we will have a chili dinner for the families!
Friday for celebrating school we will have a pep assembly in the gym and an 8th grade verses the staff volleyball game.
I can't wait for the week to get started! It should be lots of fun!
