Hi there
I am doing two experiments over the next couple of weeks. The first is to bring a tub of snow inside and divide it into 3 bowls. One bowl goes into the fridge, one the freezer and the third stays in the room
itself. I made up this little snow science experiment - divided the paper in 4 and in the first box wrote what we did and left a line to print in snow - the kids do this by copying my printing on the board. Many K kids are more advanced so you could have them copy the whole sentence. In each of the other boxes, I have written we left the snow in the ______ - they print in freezer, fridge,

room and it turned into_______ and again they print the word. They also draw a picture in each box of what it looks like.
The second one I am doing is blowing bubbles. I have heard that in the extreme cold - which I have living in northern Canada they shatter. We will blow bubbles in the class room and draw what they look like. We will then go outside and blow bubbles and see what happens there and draw that picture.
