I ended up making a reason to resign, so I moved an hour and 30 minutes away. I lucked up and found a job teaching in a regular classroom that is 20 minutes away from my house. I really love it where I am at now. There is so much support, and encouragement. The people here always tell you what a great job you are doing, and how much they appreciate you. It has really enlightened my spirits about teaching. I have 28 kindergarteners, which is way to many, but I still make it fun. Teaching is really an inspriring field to go into. I've always asked myself, "Could I really live behind a desk doing paperwork?" With teaching, yeah you have it, but for a majority of the day, you are doing the fun stuff "Teaching." As for the salary, you try not to think about what you are getting paid, but for the many lives you are touching, and what a future you are helping to mold.
