Same problem

Is this an epidemic? We are having the same problem in our building in all of the bathroom areas, but especially in the boys' bathrooms. Our little sweethearts have taken it one step further: feces is being smeared on the
walls and urine is being sprayed all over the walls, floors, sink areas, etc. In short, any place except the appropriate fixture is being "consecrated" with this disgusting display. It has been happening randomly for the last month or so, but has intensified in the last week and a half. The custodians are justifiably up in arms because of the need for them to clean up the mess on a

daily basis. We teachers have only been made aware of the problem in the last few days. Yesterday, I lit into all of my classes about how absolutely appalling this was to me and that anyone who has knowledge of who the perpetrator(s) is/are needs to come forward because this filthy behavior is putting every individual in the building at risk for disease. Just to drive the point home, I let them get the visual in their minds that the person(s) responsible is probably not being all that fastidious in washing their hands so everything that they touch is being contaminated with bacteria (faucets, door handles, the water bubbler, desks, chairs, pencils, papers, etc.) Boy, did the kids' eyes ever get huge as the realization sunk in!!!!!!!
