Thank you for being so explicit I see some things u mention that I do but maybe shouldnt be and other things that I may not be doing.
1, Marking... if a key is left I often do mark but maybe should be contacting the teacher
in question to see if she prefers me not to...
2, I have to note although I stick rigidly to the plan, I have discovered some things in some schools are expected to be my judgement whereas in other schools its classed as not sticking to the plan.....I am refering to those book tests the children like doing on the PC ...some teachers look at me as if I am crazy asking if they can

do them and students of course should have been allowed to sit them ...and yet I did have one teacher make it clear that by allowing a student to sit a test I had not stuck to the lesson plans ....confusing life being a sub ...but now I know to leave a note asking if these tests can be done the next time I am in rather than letting them do a test and allowing the teacher to be upset or annoyed at it.
I always leave a note saying the problems I had ...usually covering each lesson ...only recently do I remember to include the little angels in the class as well as the naughty students......I always have my own sticker supply and have a card game I made up covering most areas of the curriculum to use in the class when I go back ( Have been pretty busy making up these things during my hols lol).
I dont like giving out candy and am making up a supply of little treasure chest type things.
