You could have stations for reading poetry by poets, for learning about poets, for writing different types of poems (One station for limmericks, one for hiaku, etc.) One for illustrating a poem by a poet or an orginal poem written but the student, and one for poetry vocabulary. Just some ideas...hope this helps.
