No Child Left Behind

All this courtesy of "No Child Left Behind." I voted for Bush, and support him 100%, BUT there are lots of highly qualified, wonderful teachers out there that won't meet this law's definition of "highly qualified." There are aides at my school that should be teachers, and would be highly qualified to run a classroom.
