Guided Reading

Guided reading works really well with my K students. I love the individual work you can do working with small guided reading groups. I also like that the other children are busy working at meaningful literacy centers. There are many great books on Guided reading. I like scholastic's Guided Reading and Gay Su Pinnel's Guided Reading books.
