Unfortunately, it sounds like you got Macintosh-only software. Some software will have both Mac and PC versions on the same CD. PC software generally has a setup file to click on to install the software. Simply copying files over to your computer won't necessarily install anything. Mac programs won't run on your PC. They'll just take up hard disk space.
