How about and acronym of the word DEN?

Some ideas:

Department of Educational Nourishment
Dedicated or Designated or Distinguished Educational Neighborhood or Niche or Nook

The word PRIDE might also work (Lions' PRIDE). The E could be for Education or Enrichment. I haven't thought of anyting for the other letters, but I'll keep thinking about it.
