Katy ISD

I looked up Katy ISD on the web, and it seems like a good school district. I do prefer suburbs to cities. If anyone teaches in Katy ISD or has children in the district, I would love to know more about the district and what you like about it. Also, how hard is it to get a job there. Are there usually a lot of openings for teachers?
