Wow...$75 a day! I'm in Canada so things are different here. They are even different from province to province. I know in Nova Scotia teachers get paid $100 per day...no hourly rates. I'm in Alberta now and my sub pay is $159.84 per day. A half day would be half of that. Check your collective agreement or call the district office and they should tell you.
