You can do graphing, sorting, and adding with the dino fruit snacks. You can make fossils (I can't find the directions right now, but I bet you'll be able to find them on the net. There are tons of books and a Magic School Bus Video. My Visit to the Dinosaurs by Aliki is one book that you could try. You could do all kinds of creative writing activities.
