I don't think I would leave out the video's because they might get stolen, or the sub may use them for class anyway and claim there was no note. I have subbed for 4 years and never turned in someone although I was tempted to leave once. Give us somethng to work with and we can manage. A class seating chart is helpful and the general schedule of bells. Don't worry.
