How much is too much?

Some schools have so many problems, there's not much a teacher can do but "test the waters" and move on. About january, send your resume/application to every school district you might be interested in working for. Principals start thinking about replacements as early as March/April. You might either #1: find a "normal" job or #2: find a district willing to pay more for the same hassles you have now. good luck
