    order of operations
    By Rod Barnes

    Clip to ScrapBook

Give each student 10 one inch or smaller squares, or circles.
Place the digits 0-9 on each.
Create a set of problems that require the student to use one square. The problems are created using order of operations and are set up so that all 10 squares are used once.
It is a great self assessment. It just takes a little work on your part to set up the assignment.
    Good Luck.
