hang in there.... your going to have some bad days, as well as some good.

I think that all of us subs have came to the conclusion, that even teachers aren't perfect!

If this becomes a major problem in a particular school, I would speak to the principal about it. He/she may have to talk to the teachers at the next meeting, and brainstorm ideas on better lesson plans.
