The exact name of the book I am using is "Ready to Use Independent Reading Management Kit" Grade 2/3 (there is a 4/5 as well) It is published by Scholastic. Item #NTS904238 to order if you go to the scholastic website. Again, it is a GREAT book...comes with everything you need to start the program...(I also added a few book reports in after every 2 levels...but that was just me!!) GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!
