This happened to me with Weekly Reader. We even sent a copy of the check, and they still sent threatening letters. Finally after it was cleared up I sent a letter of my own and told them that I would never order from their company again. I also told them that if anyone asked for my opinion, I would certainly give it to them and they could be assured that it would not be complimentary to their company.
